Greg spoke with Bill and Jessica, the duo behind Some Nerve Brewing In Manitowish Waters. Their conversation covered the ups and downs of owning a brewery in northern Wisconsin as a two-person retirement venture.
Brewery owner/operators
We moved from New Glarus to Wisconsin's North Woods in 2017 and opened Some Nerve Brewing Company in Manitowish Waters in June of 2018. Some Nerve is a nano-brewery running a 3 BBL system and selling about 95% of our beer in our own taproom. Like many craft breweries we started out as home-brewers whose hobby got out of hand. We love making a large variety of beers in both classic and not-so-classic styles.
